The Grove is a student housing complex at GCU that transformed a previously troubled area into a vibrant oasis. It consists of four dormitories, a large swimming pool, and recreational facilities. The project successfully revitalized the neighborhood, reduced crime rates, and generated economic benefits for the city. The complex offers a safe and nurturing environment for freshmen and sophomore students, with amenities like learning studios, recreational spaces, and community event areas. Sustainability principles were incorporated into the design, promoting energy efficiency and environmentally friendly practices.
