The design of the building aims to foster a live-learn community, offering a range of amenities such as learning studios, a tutoring center, indoor-outdoor recreational areas, and community event spaces. Embodying a playful and efficient building form, the design incorporates an interior building courtyard that enhances the sense of community within the facility.
