From a single bedroom, two and three bedroom duplex units, this gated community provides a safe haven for those that chose to live within the community.
The design of this project is inspired by the landscape around the Verde River. The architectural design response echoes the vibrancy of the flourishing riparian community around the unique free flowing verde river. The design creates these vibrant interstitial community spaces filled with amenities that breathe life into the gated community.
